Sean Terrell
Executive Director
Sean is the founder and Executive Director of Blue Light Ministries. Sean brings a passion for Jesus Christ into the Law Enforcement profession, where he has served for over 10 years. Sean and his wife Claudia have 5 children and live in Jenks, OK.
Sean holds a Bachelor's Degree in Crime and Delinquency Studies from Emporia State University, and a Master of Arts in Christian Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary.

Matt McComber
Director of Outreach & Evangelism
Matt has been a member of Blue Light Ministries since its inception. Matt loves to serve and share Jesus with the local community. As Director of Outreach & Evangelism, Matt helps facilitate positive relationships between law enforcement and the community, and is passionate about reaching the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Matt works in the Tulsa area, where he lives with his wife Randi and 4 children. Matt also serves on the board of his local church and is currently pursuing ministerial credentials with the Assemblies of God.
